<p>The event will be held in Italy from the 25<sup>th</sup> of September to the 10<sup>th</sup> of October, in 10 different cities:  Milan, Verona. Modena, Reggio Calabria, Torino, Trieste, Catania, Ancona, Florence and Rome.</p>
<p>In particular, Rome will host the semi final and final matches on the 9<sup>th</sup> and 10<sup>th</sup> of October in the <strong>Palalottomatica</strong> arena, which has a seating capacity of 11200 spectators.</p>
<p>24 teams, arranged in 6 groups, will participate to the tournament for a total of 78 matches. <a title="Tickets" href="http://www.listicket.it/?lang=EN&amp;S" target="_blank" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/www.listicket.it/?lang=EN_amp_S&amp;referer=');">Tickets</a> are already on sale and prices start from 10 € to 50 €. <p>In an interwiev Francesco Ghirelli,  chief exectuive officer of the organizing committe, <strong>Carlo Magri</strong>, president of the Italian volleybal federation and Carlo Salvatori, president of the organizing committee, pointed out the importance of this event, which confirms Italy a major country in the organization of sport events.</p>

<p><strong>Keith Jarrett</strong>, the most richly endowed contemporary pianist, is going to performe in the <strong><a title="Auditorium" href="http://www.auditorium.com/" target="_blank" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/www.auditorium.com/?referer=');">Auditorium Parco della Musica</a> </strong>in Rome, next 12th of July. Together with his trio, formed by Jarrett, bassist <em>Gary Peacock</em>, and drummer<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em> Jack DeJohnette</em></span>, he will delight the audience with jazz and classical pieces, as well as free improvisation.</p>
<p>Keith Jarrett studied at the Berklee College of Music and joined the Miles Davis group in 1970&#8217;s where he played for several years, while the present trio was founded in 1983. He has been awarded with Polar Music Prize in 2003, and Léonie Sonning Music Prize in 2004.</p>
<p>The concert is going to be held in the Auditorium, Sala di Santa Cecilia, tickets will be sold from the 30th of May and prices go from 50 to 100 €.</p>

<p>On the occasion of the 400<sup>th</sup> anniversary of the death of <a title="Caravaggio" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caravaggio" target="_blank" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caravaggio?referer=');">Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio</a> in 1610, Rome hosts a collection of his major paintings in the exhibition that takes his name &#8220;Caravaggio&#8221;, on view at the <a title="Scuderie del Quirinale" href="http://english.scuderiequirinale.it/mediacenter/FE/home.aspx" target="_blank" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/english.scuderiequirinale.it/mediacenter/FE/home.aspx?referer=');">Scuderie del Quirinale</a><strong> from February the 20</strong><sup><strong>th</strong></sup><strong> to June the 13</strong><sup><strong>th</strong></sup>.</p>
<p>The artworks spans Caravaggio 18-year career, but rather than put in chronological order, they have been arranged in a theme-based route. There are only authenticated works, historically credited by the hand of Caravaggio, and all dubious attributions ascribed to his school have been excluded.</p>
<p>The exhibition includes absolute masterpieces from all over the world: <em>Amor vincit Omnia </em>from Berlin, <em>The Musicians </em>from New  York,<em> The Lute Player </em>from St.  Petersburg, <em>Baccus </em>from Florence, <em>Supper at Emmaus </em>from London, and<em> David with the head of Goliath </em>from Rome are among Caravaggio most representative works.</p>
<p>The exhibition is held under the high patronage of the President of the Italian Republic, and organized jointly by Palaexpo and MondoMostre, in cooperation with the Ministry of Heritage and Culture.</p>
<p><strong> Hours</strong>: Sunday to Thursday from 10.00am to 08.00pm, Friday and Saturday until 10.30pm. Admission is allowed up to one hour before closing.</p>
